Renewing Skin

Integrity

A clinical approach to texture refinement and tightening. We offer both precision mechanical microneedling and advanced RF microneedling to target your specific concerns.

Microneedling at AesTonic™

Microneedling, or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), involves creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin to trigger the body’s natural wound-healing cascade. This stimulates new collagen and elastin production, resulting in smoother, firmer, and more youthful skin.

At AesTonic™, we utilize multiple advanced microneedling technologies, selected based on your unique skin condition, depth requirements, and treatment goals. We employ both precision mechanical systems and energy-based RF platforms to deliver clinical results.

Our Protocols

Advanced Technology

Precision Microneedling

Mechanical Pen System

We utilize a professional medical-grade microneedling pen system (comparable to the Insight Pen) designed for consistent, vertical penetration. This technology features adjustable needle depths, allowing us to safely treat delicate areas like the eyes while targeting deeper scars on the cheeks.

Using sterile, single-use cartridges, this mechanical approach triggers controlled collagen induction ideal for texture refinement, acne scarring, fine lines, and reducing pore appearance.

  • Adjustable depth for precision
  • Ideal for surface texture & pores
  • Minimal downtime (24-48 hours)

RF Microneedling

Radiofrequency Energy

For deeper dermal remodeling, we employ advanced RF Microneedling technology (utilizing systems like Melia RF). This modality integrates radiofrequency energy with traditional microneedling needles. As the needles penetrate the skin, they deliver controlled heat directly into the deep dermal layers.

This dual-action stimulates vigorous collagen production and tissue contraction, supporting skin tightening, improved firmness, and overall tone. It is our preferred option when deeper structural stimulation is required.

  • Targets deep dermal laxity
  • Skin tightening & contouring
  • Enhanced collagen remodeling

Customization

Why Device Selection Matters

Not all skin concerns require the same microneedling approach. We select the specific technology based on factors such as skin thickness, severity of concern (e.g., deep scarring vs. fine lines), downtime tolerance, and your desired outcome.

By having access to multiple modalities, we can customize the depth and energy delivery for a safer, more precise treatment that respects your skin's integrity.

Indications for Treatment

Microneedling is a versatile solution for a wide range of skin concerns.

Texture Irregularities

Addressing rough or dull skin texture by promoting cell turnover.

Acne Scarring

Breaking down fibrosis and stimulating new collagen to fill depressions.

Enlarged Pores

Tightening the structural support around the pore to reduce visibility.

Fine Lines

Thickening the dermis to soften static wrinkles.

Skin Laxity (RF)

Improving firmness and elasticity, particularly along the jawline and neck.

Stretch Marks

Improving the texture and color of stretch marks on the body.

Patient Experience

The Healing Process

Recovery varies slightly by modality, but generally involves minimal social downtime.

Treatment Day

Topical numbing is applied for comfort. Post-treatment, your skin will appear pink or red, similar to a mild sunburn. RF treatments may feel warm.

Recovery (Days 1-4)

Redness subsides quickly. You may experience mild dryness or pinpoint scabbing (micro-crusting) as the skin heals. Keep skin hydrated.

Results

Collagen remodeling takes time. Visible improvements in texture and tightness typically appear over 3-6 months following a series of treatments.
