Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AesTonic Med Spa ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the AesTonic website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to AesTonic Med Spa, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us. These messages may include appointment reminders, updates about your treatment, promotional offers, and important practice information.


If you consent to receive conversational, informational, or promotional SMS from AesTonic Med Spa, you agree to receive messages consistent with your selected use case.

Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointments: We require a valid credit card on file to hold all appointment slots. This policy ensures we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients.


Deposit Policy: For certain high-demand services or extended treatment blocks, a non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 (depending on service value) may be charged at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Notification allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee of $50.
  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Show") may result in a charge equal to 50% of the service value or the full forfeiture of any deposit.
