Dr. Maha Jarmakani, D.O.
Dr. Maha Jarmakani serves as the Medical Director of AesTonic™ Med Spa & Wellness in Oklahoma City, providing physician oversight for safe, evidence-based aesthetic and wellness treatments.
She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University, completed her Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, and completed fellowship training in Interventional Radiology at the University of California, Irvine.
With advanced training in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures, Dr. Jarmakani brings precision, patient safety, and clinical excellence to the medical direction of AesTonic™.

Nasim Karameh, APRN-CNP, founded AesTonic™ Med Spa & Wellness in Oklahoma City with a vision to combine advanced medical expertise, aesthetic medicine, and personalized wellness care under one practice.
With over 20 years of combined medical experience in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, and aesthetic medicine, he is committed to delivering natural-looking results through evidence-based treatments, cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, regenerative medicine, and patient-centered care.
Educated as a physician abroad and now practicing in the United States as an APRN-CNP, Nasim continues advanced training through Empire Medical Training to provide the latest aesthetic and wellness treatments with a focus on safety, precision, and exceptional patient outcomes.
